This modest one bed flat in the heart of Brixton went from damp and dilapidated to stylish, fresh and clean over the course of a few months. We ripped down walls, did extensive damp work repair, changed the layout of the kitchen and added on a mini lean to side extension. The budget was £50k and having had the flat re-valued it’s now gone up in property by £125k.
