Let us transport you to a small town just outside of Southampton, called Eastleigh. It’s here you’ll find Gemma Morgan, or instagram favourite known as Caffeine&Cacti. This pink hour tour has got us completely hooked on blush pink accessories and botanical decor and you may just find yourself in the same position too.

What is your top tip for decorating a space like you?
Go with your heart! Don’t necessarily follow trends, your home should tell a story about who you are. It’s so amazing to be able to fill a space and surround yourself with the things that make you smile and happy! I would also say be brave with your decorating! Take the plunge and install that bold wallpaper you’ve had your eye on for ages. If it doesn’t work out you can always change it, don’t be afraid to experiment!
How do you tackle a room at the start?
When we bought our new build I had a complete blank canvas to work with – I find it helpful to sketch out your room on a piece of paper and play around with the positioning of the furniture and see which layout you like best. I started with the big items of furniture and built on from there.
What’s your favourite spot in the home and why?
This changes all the time! Currently though it’s my living room. It’s where most of my plants are – and my gin haha. It’s important to me that a space is relaxing and calming so I have made this room as cosy and inviting as possible with loads of cushions and throws and with plenty of room to sit down and chill!
