April 7th – Design Your Home Like A Pro (11am – 1pm)


Join us, Amy and Athina as we host another set of our most popular workshops. We’ll be teaching a beginners course on how to begin designing your home like a pro. Using free architectural design software, this interactive workshop will introduce you to the basics of how to draw 2D floorplans to scale and knowledge to turn these ideas into 3D designs at home. This means you can accurately plan any interior layout and design scheme with confidence! You’ll also receive a free copy of our NEW 10 Step Interior Design Planner worth £35 + a goodie bag!

All attendees must have a laptop and pre-download the software prior to the workshop.

Introduction – we get to know each other!

Short Talk On Spatial Planning – learn key tips on spatial planning, how to ensure items will fit, what to be wary of etc.

Approx. 75 minutes Design Time – during this part of the workshop, you’ll learn how to draw a basic 2D floorplan to scale on (free downloadable) architectural software. You can add in furniture shapes and play around with the software. If you’re savvy, bring along your own floorplans and attempt to scale these up! If there’s time we’ll delve into 3D walls and objects.

Enjoy some refreshments throughout and ask us any design questions you have!
